Members are experienced in dealing with urgent and non-urgent cases including:

• Non-molestation orders
• Occupation orders

This work frequently ties in with cases in our other areas of expertise (particularly around family finance and property, or private children law) and members are able to draw on their experience and skills from other aspects of their work to provide advice and representation.

Members of Chambers are also experienced at dealing with vulnerable witnesses, including where children are required to give evidence.
