  • Christine has particular expertise acting in complex public law cases concerning serious sexual abuse, inflicted or non-accidental injuries (with complex medical issues); fabricated illness and perplexing presentation, addiction, cultural issues, learning disabilities, mental health issues, emotional abuse, neglect and inter-jurisdictional cases.
  • Christine regularly acts in adoption proceedings and applications to discharge placement orders.
  • Christine is acts in private law proceedings, in disputes in relation to child arrangements, relocation cases, international child abduction and domestic abuse.
