Amanda is a specialist family law barrister specialising in both family finance (including associated cohabitation cases and claims under TLATA) and private law children disputes.

Amanda’s finance work frequently involves complicating factors such as companies and partnerships, hidden assets, financial conduct, bankruptcy and enforcement. Amanda further has experience of cases with an international element.

In her private children practice Amanda frequently represents clients in intractable residence/contact disputes (including cases with issues of sexual, physical and/or emotional abuse) in addition to internal/external relocation cases and financial claims under Schedule 1.
